This flat is 25m² and it has two single beds. The flat is equipped with a stove with two electric hotplates, an oven, LCD Tv, Cd & Radio and a radiator. To welcome you, you will find a little welcome-kit with some coffee, tea and biscuits.
The price, per night, for this flat is:
Low season: 55€ 3-01-2008 until 19-03-2008 and 8-10-2008 until 25-12-2008
Mid season: 65€ 20-03-2008 until 30-06-2008 and 1-09-2008 until 7-10-2008
High season: 70€ 1-07-2008 until 31-08-2008
The minimum stay is three days.

To reserve a room you will have to pay a deposition of one night in advance, of which 10€ is a reservation fee and is non-refundable. The deposition is non-refundable if a cancellation is made later than 30 days before the stay.
