Lisbon Flats- the English Version

This flat, studio flat number one, is located on the first floor. Besides being on the ground floor the flat still gives the impression of being bright. It is minimalistic decorated in the colour of yellow to give it a sunny touch. This flat is 25m2 and with a king size bed it is ideal for two persons. The flat is equipped with a stove with two electric hotplates, Cd & Radio and a radiator. To welcome you, you will find a little welcome-kit with some coffee, tea and biscuits.

The price, per night, for this flat is:
Low season: 45€ 3-01-2008 until 19-03-2008 and 8-10-2008 until 25-12-2008
Mid season: 50€ 20-03-2008 until 30-06-2008 and 1-09-2008 until 7-10-2008
High season: 55€ 1-07-2008 until 31-08-2008
The minimum stay is three days.

To reserve a room you will have to pay a deposition of one night in advance, of which 10€ is a reservation fee and is non-refundable. The whole deposition is non-refundable if a cancellation is made later than 30 days before the stay.
